Terms of Use
Effective Date: August 25, 2026
Last Updated: August 25, 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://training.hshot.com/ and the training, certification, course, store, and provider portal services offered through it (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by H-Shot (“H-Shot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a brand of Regenotech, Inc.
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a practice, clinic, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to both you and that entity.
Contact: Regenotech, Inc., 2801 B St. #3030, San Diego, CA 92102-2208, USA. Email: contact@hshot.com. Phone: (619) 403-5423.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for licensed healthcare professionals and other adults acting in a professional capacity. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.
By enrolling in a course, you represent that any professional licence, registration, or credential you hold or claim is current and in good standing, and that you are permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to perform the procedures addressed in the training.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@hshot.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Course access is licensed to one named individual. You may not share, sell, transfer, or provide access to your account or course materials to any other person, including colleagues, employees, or other members of your practice. Each individual seeking certification must purchase and complete their own enrollment.
We may suspend or terminate an account we reasonably believe is being shared, is being used in breach of these Terms, or was obtained through false information.
4. Purchases, Pricing, and Payment
Prices are shown on the Site and are stated in United States dollars. Prices are subject to change, but a change will not affect a purchase already completed.
Payment is processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and bank or card charges associated with your purchase.
Purchase grants access to the course for your personal professional use for the period stated at the time of purchase or, where no period is stated, for as long as we continue to make the course available.
5. Refunds and Cancellation
Course materials are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately on purchase.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not accessed any lesson content, taken an assessment, downloaded any document from the clinical library, or received a certificate. Once any of those has occurred, the purchase is final and no refund is available, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Refund requests should be sent to contact@hshot.com and must include the purchasing email address and date of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and course access is revoked.
We may cancel a purchase and issue a refund at our discretion, including where we cannot verify eligibility under Section 2.
6. Course Materials and Licence
All course content, including videos, written lessons, protocols, assessments, clinical documents, forms, templates, and marketing materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the course materials for your own professional education and, where you complete certification, to operate the protocol within your own practice.
You may not copy, record, screenshot, download (except where a download is expressly offered), reproduce, republish, distribute, resell, sublicense, translate, or create derivative works from the course materials, or use them to build or deliver a competing training or certification programme.
7. What Certification Is and Is Not
Completing the course and any associated assessment may result in an H-Shot certification. Certification indicates that you have completed our training in the H-Shot protocol.
Certification is not a medical licence, a specialty board certification, an accreditation, a government approval, or a permission to practise. It does not expand your scope of practice, does not substitute for any licence, registration, supervision requirement, facility requirement, or professional insurance, and does not certify your clinical competence in any procedure.
You are solely responsible for determining whether you may lawfully perform any procedure addressed in the training, for complying with the laws, regulations, and professional rules of every jurisdiction in which you practise, and for maintaining appropriate professional liability insurance. Requirements differ by state and by professional licence type and can change.
Clinical judgement in the care of any patient remains yours. Nothing on the Site or in the course is medical advice or a directive for the treatment of any individual patient.
8. Trademarks and Use of the H-Shot Name
“H-Shot” and associated names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Regenotech, Inc.
While your certification is active and in good standing, and subject to any separate provider agreement, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to identify yourself as an H-Shot certified provider and to use the marks we supply, in the form we supply them, solely to promote the treatment in your own practice.
You may not alter the marks, use them in a way that suggests endorsement of anything other than your certification, register or attempt to register them or any confusingly similar mark, or use them in any domain name, social account name, or business name. This licence ends automatically when your certification lapses or is revoked, and you must stop using the marks on request.
9. Directory Listing
Where your programme includes a listing in a provider directory operated by us or an affiliated brand, you authorize us to publish the practice details you supply. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details. We may edit, decline, suspend, or remove a listing at our discretion, including where certification lapses or where the listed information appears inaccurate.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or another user’s account; circumvent any access control, paywall, or content protection; scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content; upload malicious code; interfere with the operation of the Site; or submit protected health information or other identifiable patient data.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site relies on third-party services, including hosting, payment processing, video delivery, and the learning platform, and may link to websites we do not operate, including hshot.com and other affiliated properties. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of any third party. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party’s terms.
12. Availability and Changes to the Site
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or any course at any time. We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Where we permanently withdraw a course you have purchased and you have not completed it, contact us and we will provide access to a comparable course or a pro rata refund.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, your certification, or your listing, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we reasonably believe your conduct exposes us, another user, or a patient to risk or liability.
On termination, the licences granted in Sections 6 and 8 end immediately. Sections 6, 7, 8, 14, 15, 16, and 17 survive termination.
14. Disclaimers
The Site and all content on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the training will produce any particular clinical result, business result, patient volume, or revenue, that certification will be recognized by any board, insurer, employer, or regulator, or that any content is complete, current, or suitable for your jurisdiction.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or patient relationship, arising out of or relating to the Site, the course, your certification, or these Terms, regardless of the theory of liability and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site, the course, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Regenotech, Inc., H-Shot, and their officers, directors, employees, instructors, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your performance of any procedure, your care of any patient, your compliance or non-compliance with any law or professional rule, your use of the marks, or your breach of these Terms.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
You and we agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting contact@hshot.com. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it will be resolved by binding arbitration administered in San Diego County, California, under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.
Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. You and we waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.
18. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate provider agreement, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last Updated” date and, where required by law, by additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
